Southside has planning for over 900,000 sq ft of flexiblie office space and wheels are in motion to begin the development of the site.

Having secured the land to both the East and West of the A33, Southside has forged ahead with plans for a mixed use development spanning 100 acres.

The housing development – Kennet Island – has already built out its first phase, and has begun to build on the promise of a thriving community, with the arrival of over 100 home owners.

The brand new Hilton Hotel is now open offering a 140 cover restaurant, major conference and exhibition space, health club including steam room, solarium, pool, dance/fitness studio and gymnasium.
